Supported Employment

We have worked successfully with a number of employers in Carlow who employ people from delta, part-time, in the open labour market.

Employers benefit from the services of a job coach who ensures that the employee is skilled and competent
to carry out the duties of the job.
In addition the job coach will ensure that both employer and employee have ongoing support as required, and will also be aware of any other relevant supports available from FÁS and other agencies

• Work Experience Placement

delta Force

This is a horticulture project offering a maintenance service to horticulture and civic amenities in the Carlow area.
All of our trainees involved have received training in horticulture and most have achieved FETAC Certification.

Using our fully equipped Commercial kitchen, delta provides outside catering services to the highest standards, and at competitive rates. We provide a flexible and immediate response to our customers needs, providing an excellent and mouth watering edible delights!
